Falco Kreis

Falco Kreis is Senior Investment Manager and heads Nivalion’s Munich office. Before joining Nivalion, he worked at the international law firm CMS in Germany where he gained experience as counsel in international arbitration and state court proceedings, as tribunal secretary, and as arbitrator. During this time, Falco advised and represented clients in a wide array of disputes, especially in the automotive, healthcare, IT, and telecommunications sectors. Falco studied at the Universities of Erlangen-Nuremberg and Cork (Ireland) and is a trained mediator (MuCDR). He speaks German and English.
