Claudia Boysen

Claudia Boysen is Senior Case Manager and Specialist for Secondaries, Competition, Collective Redress & Medical Law at Nivalion with over 10 years experience in litigation funding. Before joining Nivalion in 2017, Claudia was responsible for the commercial side of the litigation funding business of Legial AG, the litigation funding subsidiary company of the Munich Re Group, as well as for its medical malpractice department. Prior to litigation funding, Claudia was a partner in a Munich-based law firm specialising in medical law. Claudia is admitted to the German bar, holds a law degree from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich and is a certified specialist in medical law. She speaks German and English.
