Dr. Alice Meissner

Alice Meissner is Nivalion’s Senior Consultant for Asia & Pacific. She has been advising Asian investors on outbound investment projects for over a decade as a dual admitted attorney in Austria and Germany working at multinational law firms. Alice has a well-established track record with cross-border disputes involving Asian parties, including on enforcement procedures of arbitration awards in China. She graduated at the University of Hamburg and the University of Vienna (Dr. iur.) in corporate law. She is a frequent speaker on China-related topics. Alice speaks English, German and Cantonese (Chinese).
