Jonathan Barnett

Jonathan Barnett is Global Head of Co-Investments & Secondaries. He was previously Nivalion’s Market Head for Austria & CEE and an investment manager with an established Australian third-party funder focusing on arbitration in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia. He is recognised by Who’s Who Legal as a Thought Leader in Third Party Funding. Before funding, Jonathan was in private practice specialising in international arbitration and litigation in leading law firms in London, Paris, Vienna and Zurich, Counsel at the Secretariat of the ICC Court and Researcher at UNCITRAL. He is admitted to the courts of England and Australia and holds law (LL.B.) and international studies (B.A.) degrees from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Jonathan speaks English and French and is a guest lecturer on third-party funding at ESSEC Business School (Paris).
