Kirstin Dodge

Head of Americas & Southern Europe

Kirstin Dodge is Head of Americas & Southern Europe, responsible for Nivalion’s activities in the United States, Canada, Latin America & Southern Europe. She is recognised by Lawdragon as an outstanding litigation funder and is a lecturer on U.S. civil procedure for the Institute for International Private Law and Civil Procedure at the University of Berne. Kirstin was previously in private practice for over 14 years in Zurich specialising in international arbitration and mediation at the leading Swiss law firm Homburger. Prior to relocating to Switzerland, Kirstin was a commercial litigation Partner at the Seattle-based law firm Perkins Coie. Kirstin holds a law degree from Harvard Law School (J.D.) and a bachelor’s degree from Yale College. She is also a trained mediator (Certificate of Advanced Studies in Mediation from the University of St. Gallen Law School), with accreditation by the Swiss Chambers of Commercial Mediation. Kirstin speaks English and German.
