We support other established global funders via co-funding and thereby sharing the risk.
Funding process
When a case or cases (in a portfolio) clear our conflicts check, we request a complete due diligence package for the intended transaction. This contains all relevant information about the case, including a legal and factual overview, opinions from external lawyers and experts, a legal budget and other information relevant for the primary funder’s investment committee decision to fund the case.
Fees
On any primary transaction, the originating funder will receive a premium arrangement on the backend, depending on the amount of risk transferred.
